The way in which we found United Collision was quite unusual but in the end, I couldn’t be more thankful they were taking care of our Subaru! From the very beginning, Luis was transparent about the status of our repairs, any delays in the process and fees associated. He worked tirelessly with us, our insurance and a convoluted situation to make sure everything was addressed and we were happy with the repairs. He was very communicative, keeping me up-to-date regarding any changes and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed to perfection. The office was clean and everyone working there was very pleasant. In the end, we got our car back even better than we would’ve anticipated and in a situation where, if left in the hands of the previous shop, we would’ve been left frustratingly disappointed. Took my car in and they did above and beyond I cannot be anymore satisfied. The price wasn’t even bad very negotiable for a price tag of $1500 and that’s for a new headlight hood repair bumper repair and repaint! I expected a $2000-$3000 tag like most places would but they charged $1500 just amazing people! Amazing service I would highly recommend!

I originally sent in car in for a small repair which they were able to complete. They also repaired an electrical issues within my vehicle at a very low cost. Before I left with my vehicle they noticed my car tires were lows and aired them up. They were very helpful, commutative through out the whole process. I highly recommend this business for your car repair services.
